By submitting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with our services.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or arbitration in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the UAE for the resolution of any disputes.

7. Termination

YourContentGuru reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments or obligations will become immediately due and payable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YourContentGuru shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with our services or these Terms.

9. Changes to Terms

YourContentGuru reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. By continuing to use our services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
